The club's November meeting was held the first Saturday after the General Election, so President Ceil Levatino and the Board presented a recap of the election results in Arizona, and in particular Pinal County. President-Elect Trump was present in spirit and by representation.
Denise Rogers (left), Toltec School District Superintendent, explained the upcoming $9 million bond issue to support building improvements in the district. Individuals can donate a maximum of $200 toward improvements and receive a state income tax credit.
Speaking along with Denise is David Wheeler, interim director of finance for the Toltec Elementary School District.
Nancy Hawkins, PCRC Board Member, reviewed 12 of the 13 ballot measures, which are explained online at Ballotpedia.org. Nancy will provide the club with an information sheet and urged members to do their research prior to voting.

Dan Snyder, Eloy city councilman, presented via Powerpoint his future vision for the City of Eloy. He talked about Eloy's population, demographics, businesses, and size and mentioned the construction of a brand new interim-type hospital.
A former appraiser for the county assessor's office and a 50-yr resident of Pinal County, December Storm Cox is a Republican candidate for Pinal County Assessor. He is committed to fair and accurate property valuations.
Gabby and Rob are running as a team for Arizona State House of Representatives. Thier platform includes election integrity, second amendment rights, secure elections, freedom of speech and religion, fossil fuel energy production, and legal immigration.
Michael McCord has served as Pinal County Treasurer since 2016 and is running for reelection. He holds a master's degree in business administration and was formerly a high school educator and charter school executive.
Tex Polesky is affiliated with TurningPoint Action, an organization concerned with election-related issues and tasked with getting out the Republican vote through ballot-chasing initiatives. He conducted a training session on the TPAction app for volunteers.
